The Kawartha Hoshin Training Centre is the first official Hoshin Training facility in Canada and the launching platform of Hoshin Canada. We teach a martial art known as Hoshijutsu, a self defense martial art based on American, British, French, Russian, Chinese and Japanese martial traditions. The system includes kicks and blows but emphasis is on meditation, massage and healing techniques, intention sensing, joint locks, pressure points, ground techniques and throws.
